Hi, http://mariadb.org/feedback_plugin/ in question -- where do we find out information about storage engines in use? List of loaded plugins? So far I see: http://mariadb.org/feedback_plugin/stats/features/ - which has some information but clearly not all information Can we also get access to all the information like if people are using the threadpool or not? I just received an email from Packt about a new MariaDB book they've just published, Building a Web Application with PHP and MariaDB: A Reference Guide, by Sai Srinivas Sriparasa. If you're interested, check it out: http://www.packtpub.com/building-a-web-application-with-php-and-mariadb/book I was not aware that this book was in the works, so it was a nice surprise! I'm going to pick up a copy, give it a look through, and write up a review on my personal blog. [Maria-discuss] Easy way to see different users@hosts connected to all databases?

Is there a simple command I can issue to see a list of the current users@hosts connected to all of the databases of a running mariadb server? I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem where an update from 5.5.30 to 5.5.37 recently caused all of the connections from my groupware host to start coming from a different hostname, and so were being denied. I need to be able to see if changes that I make change the hostname being used. Thanks, Charles

Hi, I'm trying to get innodb_use_atomic_writes = 1 working on an ext4 on top of LVM on a ioDrive device with a RHEL6 kernel 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6.x86_64 and getting the following error. Which bit(s) need to change to get it working? 140611 7:43:46 InnoDB: Operating system error number 25 in a file operation. InnoDB: Error number 25 means 'Inappropriate ioctl for device'. + Torben, Dan Hello, DirectFS name has been deprecated and the new name for the Flash aware filesystem from Fusion-io is NVMFS (NonVolatile Memory FileSystem). NVMFS a fully POSIX compliant filesystem is currently in EA (early access) and can be obtained by signup for the program (by reaching out to Torben/Dan cc-ed ). Please note NVM Compression (page-compression) solution stack uses POSIX interfaces only, and is not “directly" dependent on opennvm intrefaces. I am still waiting for bzr to finish downloading the entire MariaDB source.
