Prep work for the MariaDB 11.6.2 GA and 11.7.1 RC releases has begun. Expected release date is Thu, 14 Nov 2024. All, The 11.6.2 and 11.7.1 releases are now built: * 11.6.2 d8dad8c3b54cd09fefce7bc3b9749f427eed9709 (GA) * 11.7.1 74331a48dd3dadfe5041f3440b81a7183e9fd4a8 release notes still work in progress: * https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-11-6-2-release-notes/ * 11.7.1 still being prepared but will be 11.6.2 like + the features of 11.7.0 release notes + Vector search, + bugs fixes since 11.7.0. Both are rolling releases and once GA, like 11.6.2, will be the last of the release series. containers for testing are available: * quay.io/mariadb-foundation/mariadb-devel:11.6 * quay.io/mariadb-foundation/mariadb-devel:11.7 Build packages for RPM/Deb distros repo/source files: https://ci.mariadb.org/ * 11.6.2 - bb-11.6-release-latest* * 11.7.1 - bb-11.7-release-latest* Sources: * https://ci.mariadb.org/51755/ (11.6.2) * https://ci.mariadb.org/51770/ (11.7.1) Now begins the process of loading packages to mirrors and Docker Official Images releases.
