Hi!

There has been a serious performance regression in 10.11.12 and 11.4.6 releases. We do not yet have the root cause of the issue, but likely a change in InnoDB caused it.

We have decided to "unpublish" those versions from mariadb.org mirrors and download infrastructure. If you are in the process of publishing this version to your distro, please do not do so. We will be doing an emergency release in the next week or so.
