MariaDB Q3 2022 #2 release prep

Prep work for the Q3 2022 #2 MariaDB releases has begun. Expected release date is Mon, 19 Sep 2022. Only MariaDB 10.6 through 10.9 are part of this release. Heads up, regressions in latest MariaDB 10.6 - 10.9 releases

Hi! There have been some regressions discovered in the latest MariaDB 10.6.9, 10.7.5, 10.8.4, 10.9.2 which can impact a large number of users by causing crashes and / or data loss.
