[Maria-docs] 5.3.5 GA release : binaries are ready and tagged

Hi Daniel, MariaDB 5.3.5 GA has been built by buildbot and is ready for upload/release. Tip revision number is 3450, tarbuildnum: 180 I've also made a tag: mariadb-5.3.5-ga Could you please make the rest of the release steps? I'm available to help if there are any problems. (I will also look through the changes to see what should be highlighted in the changelog).
