[Maria-docs] translation howto edited

I edited this page: https://kb.askmonty.org/en/translation-howto I added info about "subscribe to updates" and "subscribe to updates of original languages" options, as I find them useful to keep translations updated. This is the first time I edit english content, and English is not my natural language, so I thought it is best to let you know. Federico
