[Maria-discuss] askmonty.org moving to a new server this Thursday (25 Feb)
All, I'm sending this to both Maria Developers and Maria Discuss to make sure it gets to everyone, sorry for any duplicates. Just a heads up for everyone: I will be moving the askmonty.org website from its current home to a new server this Thursday, 25 Feb. If all goes according to plan, the website will remain up during the move but will be read-only during the actual switch. askmonty.org is the only domain/website that will be impacted by this move, websites on any other domain (such as buildbot.askmonty.org) are not part of this move and will continue to function normally. I will send a notice out on Thursday when I start the process, and a final one once the move is complete and I've tested that things are working properly. I think mail will be left where it is, right? If so then it will be good to check that mail clients use mail.askmonty.org host name (the same with ssh to hasky).

Not necessary when there is an MX record. Mail only goes to the standard domain IP number if there is no MX record. Bo.
