Have the windows downloads for versions 10.6.17 and 10.11.7 been pulled as the only option i see are source and linux ?

no, they haven't been uploaded yet. our signing certificate has expired recently and for, like, two months straight we're trying to get the new one to work. it has tons of restrictions, so still couldn't integrated it in the build process, unfortunately.
