+1000 Complaining about the problem of the KB articles coming in email form is not going to help. It is unlikely that whomever controls that system is on this mailing list. No-one forced you to join the mailing list. At the end of the day, if you want to waste your own time replying to KB questions that no-one will ever see or care about, then that’s up to you. Don’t be surprised if the rest of us think that you are being ridiculous and stubborn for the sake of it.
