Yes but there are lot's of other die.net links in the page so maybe we should change them all then. Also regarding pam_unix manual, this seems to be the source (but there is no pam_ssh man on that site): http://linux-pam.org/Linux-PAM-html/sag-pam_unix.html

Yes, I suggest so. Seems die.net has been stagnant since 2017. I prefer the distro sites or man7.org by Michael Kerrisk.
