[MariaDB discuss] Aborted connection 0 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'unauthenticated' host: 'connecting host' (Too many connections)

Hello All, We have a vendor app that attempts a large number of connections and creating the following error in the MariaDB logs (10.11) Aborted connection 0 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'unauthenticated' host: 'connecting host' (Too many connections) Could this error be cause by the vendor app reusing connections that have been idled out on the server side?
