Hi, I'm compiling MariaDb in Debian 9.2. Is dependence on Kytea necessary? I need to compile Kytea previously.
As you know, the Kytea package is no longer available in the Debian repositories. http://www.phontron.com/kytea/ <http://www.phontron.com/kytea/>

Kytea is a optional dependency of Mroonga storage engine. Normally, Kytea related feature isn't used. You don't need Kytea to build MariaDB. Thanks, -- kou
