Hi, This is generally with a pre-compiled Debian package like Postfix... but it also occurs with PHP apps for example. What is the best way to replace MySQL client library by MariaDB one ? Thank you On 10/14/2014 11:17 PM, Roberto Spadim wrote:

Hi all,
I'm getting annoying errors when I want to switch clients from MySQL to MariaDB.
I use Debian Wheezy, and MariaDB 10.0 repositories, then I install mariadb-common & libmariadbclient.
Then I restart services using MySQL Client Library and I have a lot of warnings like these on my MariaDB Server (with Galera or not) :
[Warning] Aborted connection 136305 to db: 'db' user: 'user' host: 'xx.xx.xx.xx' (Unknown error)
I do not have more information in logs.
This is not a network problem, because it occurs with 127.0.0.1 too.
What do I miss ?
Thank you a lot.
Florent
