Hi

very informative link. So this means Red Hat doesn't provide support for RDBMS and NoSQL stores.

Will speak with my boss about MariaDB support. What do you offer? What are the price tags and SLAs?

Hi

we run DBaaS (Galera Cluster) with growing customer base. We also offer MongoDB, where we have commercial support from MongoDB (we can recommend it).

MariaDB is included in RHEL, so Red Hat offers support. We anyway pay for Redhat support.

So it means we don't need to buy support from MariaDB? Does Redhat employs MariaDB developers and have DBA/Expert know how?
