Hi Justin! The name reminds me a a fatal trap for developers and sys admins (async npm module), but the tools sounds useful. Is it publicly available? Hello everyone, I have some basics about SQL. But I need your help. I must set up a SQL servers for a new web application. This web application will make a lot of write and some reads the night and enormously read and some writing on the day. Here are my questions: - What is the best solution for performance and security? - On a cluster Master / Master (three node) can I write on the 3 master node simultaneously (with HAProxy or another product)? [Maria-discuss] kb login doesn't work!

Hi, I have tried logging in with google, with linkedin and with github. I always get a 500 error from mariadb. So this means I can't reply back to the F*CKING STUPID MAILS THAT COMES TO THIS LIST THAT REQUIRE A WEB REPLY. This has been going on years now, this stupid "have to use the web site" to reply to questions. WTF MariaDB? Seriously, WTF? This system is so broken it is laughable. --Justin

I never had the login problem described by Justin, so I tested the GitHub login just for curiosity. What happened seems to me weird: * I logged out * I logged in via GitHub for the first time. An email verification is required (why?) * I didn't verify the mail * I logged in with my email & password (no social networks) * Got this message: "The application has been authorized" So it seems that my GitHub account is now verified just because someone (me, fortunately) has logged in from my browser. [Maria-discuss] Is there something like "best practices" to migrate from Paradox to MariaDB?

Hello, I am new here. I will have to migrate some hundred Paradox Databases (on as many machines) to MariaDB. The best way to do so, would be something like a script. My OSs are Linux (Debian) and Win7. Is there some kind of documentation of the experience of someone, who has migrated from Paradox to MySQL/MariaDB before? (I have googled for days, but have not found such yet.) With kind regards Hugo
