We digged some, and we found that: - the package with 'Filename' is provided in Xenial 'Packages' [1], - but the file is not exist at 'Filename' [2]. We don't have idea about this issue. An official upstream mirror does have same issue [3,4].

Thanks for reporting this. I'll investigate and fix.

This is now fixed on the osuosl mirror. The other mirrors will be updated as soon as they next pull from the osuosl mirror (I don't know what their update schedule is).
