[Maria-developers] Why 5.1.39 is not on launchpad?

Hi! I noticed that although 5.1.39 release is done and published, it's not on launchpad: when one goes to https://launchpad.net/maria/, one - sees 5.1.38 binaries offered for download on the right of the page - "Series and milestones" chart doesn't list either 5.1.38 or 5.1.39. This may cause some confusion. Is there any reason that we don't put releases on Launchpad?
