I am Rebecca  Tucker a MS student at University of Maryland and I wish to participate in the summer of code to work on making the mysqlbinlog tool to understand global transaction IDs.  I am familiar with the tool and replication and can write documented C and C++ code.  I Look forward to communicating with you soon to get more pointers on the project.
