Hi ,I want to solve the issue MDEV-13648 “Add FULL OUTER JOIN to MariaDB” as GSoC project 2020.  I believe that I understand this issue . Please guide me about where and how to start so that I can contribute to this organization. Looking forward to get the guidance as soon as possible and to work with this organization.
