10.0.11? You mean whatever 10.0 version will be due when this is done? I suppose it depends what is required to implement this. If it's just to implement a dummy --gtid-mode option that does nothing except tell the MySQL 5.6 master that it is enabled, and to ignore received MySQL 5.6 GTID events, then it seems to make sense to do in 10.0. - Kristian.
