Hello, I believe there may be an bug wrt x gap lock taking by an UPDATE statement: https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDEV-36832 The bug contains the detailed case analysis. Could anyone please take a look and see if this is something that has a plausible fix? Thank you!
