The plugin is functional, accepting requests, under feedback.mariadb.org domain. You'll notice there has been a URL change in the server for this.
There is an MDEV here, looking to improve the feedback plugin to support http redirection.
I plan on doing a formal blog post announcement, as the first URL was just turned live yesterday, explaining the reason for the drop in stats. I'm trying to get it done before FOSDEM, but it's getting pretty busy atm.
