[Maria-developers] Please review: MDEV-7778 impossible create copy of table, if table contain default value for timestamp field

Hi Sergei, Please review a patch for MDEV-7778. As agreed on IRC, this is a merge from the latest MySQL, which has already fixed the problem. Greetings.
