[MariaDB developers] 11.62 to 11.72 Database Upgrade Failure

I updated and upgraded the database from 1.32 to 1.62 successfully. 11.62 to 11.72 database upgrade is failing. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions for fixing? Thank you, Jay
