There's been quite a bit of confusion about the SQL-99 book. It should have some prominent text at the top of each page mentioning that the content is about the SQL-99 standard, and not specifically MariaDB.
It would also be a nice nod to the authors of that very sizable book if they were mentioned on each page. It is after all licensed under an attribution license. Currently, there's only a single mention if you bother going to the top of the hierarchy. / Carsten
