[Maria-developers] Window functions code, MDEV-9543 and MDEV-8646 are now merged

Hello, Following the Thursday discussion, I've managed to re-base 10.2-window_simple branch onto the bb-10.2-mdev9543. The result is now pushed into bb-10.2-mdev9543. https://github.com/MariaDB/server/commits/bb-10.2-mdev9543 Since rebase happened, 10.2-window_simple tree should be abandoned. Let's try to avoid re-bases and "take everything and re-commit" steps from now on.
