I removed dbdeployer while it's in need of a maintainer and the repository is read only. https://github.com/MariaDB/buildbot/pull/404 removes it from the bb page.

unfortunately mysqljs appears to be lacking in upstream maintenance so would seem unlikely to receive such a patch.

In general I do like the reciprocal arrangement once we prove it works reliable and is CI.
