1) repo: as I said in my mail, the code is currently not yet published, but the guy doing this said that he expects it to be with in a couple of weeks or so. before this, i don't think you can see it.
once it's published, I think you can find it at https://code.google.com, but I'll check and let you know.

4) we don't really have a concept paper, but the code is complete and being rolled out. I can answer questions about it, but I think it's easiest once it has been published.
