The MariaDB Foundation is pleased to announce the availability
of MariaDB 11.0.0, the first preview release in the major new
MariaDB 11.0 release series.
The flagship feature of MariaDB 11.0 is the new optimizer cost
model, which will be able to more accurately predict the
actual cost of each query execution plan.
